The Cité des métiers du Grand Roissy – Le Bourget, supported by Paris CDG Alliance, once again welcomed the LIVE – L’Institut des Vocations pour l’Emploi. Visions was thus able to test its orientation assessment with job seekers.
What is LIVE – The Vocational Institute for Employment ?
LIVE is designed for people over 25 years who have no training, no diploma and unemployed. The objective of LIVE, L’Institut des Vocations pour l’Emploi, is to accompany people on their way to employment. Presided over by Mrs. Brigitte Macron, with the support of the LVMH group, LIVE is composed of three institutes : one in Clichy-sous-Bois, a second in Valence and a third in Roubaix.
With LIVE, people have the opportunity to discover a vocation and access employment, training or entrepreneurship. With a tailor-made support system, LIVE has helped more than 200 people on their way to employment.
40 people from L’Institut des Vocations pour l’Emploi have tested the orientation assessment
The Institut des Vocations pour l’Emploi was received on May 24 by the Cité des métiers du Grand Roissy – Le Bourget. During this day, participants were able to discover the airport environment through workshops and interactive quizzes.
Visions conducted two workshops on career assessment for more than 40 people in the LIVE program.
These workshops allowed the LIVE program participants to :
– Get to know themselves better in order to enhance their future interviews
– Identify the sector that best suits their personality
– Determine their skills and soft skills
