Saint Leu la Forêt’s Orientation Forum took place on Wednesday, November 30th, 2022. This new edition is organized by the “Mission Locale” in association with the city of Saint Leu la Forêt, Pole emploi, Scolarest and the Hub de la Réussite. Visions was Invited by the “Mission Locale” and had the opportunity to present its tools.
What is the Orientation Forum ?
The Saint Leu la Forêt Orientation Forum is held every two years to help people aged 12-50 find their career path.
This one-day event is organized in two sessions:
- Morning: reserved for the school public
- Afternoon: all public
During this 2023 edition, several hundred people have:
- Exchanged with professionals about the jobs they do
- Explored the training courses available
- Discovered innovative tools to help them in their choices
More than 80 people discovered VisionsGalaxy and did their their orientation assessment
The Orientation Forum allowed Visions to introduce its new platform VisionsGalaxy as well as our orientation assessment to different audiences.
Visions was able to work with :
- middle school students
- high school students
- teachers in high schools and colleges
- associations
- local CIOs
- guidance and professional integration actors
These very enriching exchanges have given us new ideas for :
- new functionalities for our tools
- other ideas of rewards for VisionsGalaxy
This event was also an opportunity for our co-founder Mackenzie Himmelbauer to speak during several interviews conducted by :
- Sebastien Joel
- A high school student looking for a career path
- The ‘Mission Locale’ of Val d’Oise/Taverny

A very positive outcome and multiple meetings with new partners in career guidance and employment such as the fire department, the air force, the gendarmerie, actors of the building and hotel industry, the city of Saint Leu la Forêt as well as high schools in Taverny and the surrounding area.
