The Digital SpeeDating connects people with training organizations to enable access to an apprenticeship or training program that is consistent with:
– their professional goals
– their personality
– their aspirations
– their career path
For this purpose, Visions provides future learners with an innovative tool, the Career Orientation Assessment.
Available via the VisionsGalaxy platform, the Career Orientation Assessment is composed of 5 different technologies interconnected by Visions.
This tool will be proposed to all participants in order to :
– explore different careers,
– learn more about themselves
– be matched with the trainings that are relevant for them
After completing the Career Orientation Assessment, people will be able to schedule online meetings with training organizations according to the organization’s available time slots.
In order to make this event accessible to as many people as possible, it is organized 100% online and free of charge, which allows organizations to easily meet potential candidates ! For this purpose, a dedicated platform will be available with a friendly virtual space to exchange with your candidates.
People can also schedule a meeting with our partnering coaches and advisors for a coaching session.
